Congratulations

On 30 May 2009, two teams of 2 girls each, Darriene and Kellerine, Leonie and Quianna participated in the National Schools' Comic Life Competition 2009.

Both team did very well. You will be impressed with their work. The first team which consist of Darienne and Kellerine won the first prize. They won themselves a 4gb iPod shuffle. Congratulations.

All four of them did very well. Congratulations girls.

Don't forget to congratulate them when you meet them during the next infocomm meeting.

Infocomm Club Award Submission: Learning Journey to Pulau Ubin

Apart from weekly meeting and training, the MGPS infocomm club enrich their knowledge about Singapore through a series of learning journeys organized specially for them. 

Earlier in January, we went to Images of Singapore to learn about the Singapore's Past. And now, as part of our mid-year activity, we went to Pulau Ubin. Check out what our club member, Fatima, has put together to reach out to those members who couldn't make it for this outing to the rustic Singapore.

What i have learnt at Infoccom Club

In Infocomm, l have learnt about how to create my own "book".i also learnt how to start up the mac computer .

What i have learnt in Infocomm club

I have learnt how to make my own 'book' on the computer with pictures that can be put on the 'paper'. i have learnt cool things like taking photos on the computer and doing things on a macintosh. all the things on the mac are so much more technological than a normal personal computer. i really like macintosh computers!!!:)

Hi Primary 5 girls,

A gentle reminder, the deadline for the competition is 20 March 2008.
By now you should have your storyline. During the holidays, you can start to find pictures or you can draw either using paint or on paper. Get the pictures and paragraphs done during the holidays and when we meet up again when school reopens. You can start typing it on the software.
